Projects
Three regional services, one platform: referral routing, resource library, regional editors and a signed data processing agreement, for a lived-experience gambling recovery service.
A meditation app that writes and voices a personalised session in about 25 seconds. React Native, FastAPI, subscriptions, ads, safety checks, and a public release on Google Play.
Give it one idea, a product photo or a video and it drafts, schedules and publishes to nine social networks, writes graded Etsy listings and renders your 3D models. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
Safeguarding, Prevent, drug and alcohol service induction, trauma-informed practice and more, with server-marked knowledge checks, verifiable certificates, employer dashboards and Stripe seat packs.
Who is due a review, who owns them, when did we last make contact, and who is overloaded? A privacy-first, self-hosted caseload system with MFA, field-level encryption and a full compliance pack.
Describe a part or drop in a picture and get a watertight, print-ready STL. Exact parametric CAD written by a language model, or organic meshes from AI, both validated before a slicer ever sees them.
Type a description or upload a photo, remove the background, dither or line-art it, and export a true-size SVG or PNG that drops straight into LightBurn or xTool at the right millimetres.
One line of text becomes concept art, a printable model, studio renders, priced editions and three Etsy drafts. Nothing lists until a human has printed and approved the test plate.
Send a film idea to a Slack bot and get a narrated vertical film back on your phone: script, consistent characters, keyframes, motion, voice, edit. About an hour for 45 seconds.
Describe a training session and get a complete branded pack: session plan, facilitator notes, activities, knowledge check, workbook, register, certificate and slides, as DOCX, PDF and a client-ready ZIP.
A mobile-first brand site for a maker of western hats and burned designs, with AI-generated studio imagery, an Etsy funnel and social-first contact. Not a template in sight.
A fast brochure site for a man-with-a-van and garden maintenance business, with click-to-call, local SEO and a Search Console clean-up that fixed duplicate indexing.
Photograph a receipt into a Slack channel and it lands in Xero as an approved, coded bill with the photo attached. Unknown merchant? It asks you once in the thread and remembers the answer.
Two 24/7 paper-trading systems, one for equities via Interactive Brokers and one for crypto on exchange testnet, with AI signal generation, hard-coded risk limits, backtesting and a live dashboard. No real money.
Our own GPU box runs local language, vision and video models behind a sandbox, a Slack bus that keeps agents on three machines in sync, and a webhook deploy system with guards written after a real incident.

How we work
Every project lives in version control and reaches production through an automated deploy that runs checks first and rolls back if they fail. We write tests, we document handover, and we say what is not finished rather than dressing it up.
We also use AI where it earns its place: writing CAD code, drafting social posts, reading receipts, checking video frames. Never as a replacement for a human deciding what goes out the door.
